NUTRITION Class is EVERY MONDAY night from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
PLEASE be on time. Plan your dinner accordingly. You may bring your dinner and eat in your chair.
TRAINING- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday- 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m.
• PLEASE be on time in the gym and ready to work! We will have swim class every Thursday through out the 15 weeks. Swimming will take place at Spiece Fieldouse. PLEASE be in the pool no later than 6:00 a.m.! PLEASE bring your own towel for these workouts. Saturday & or Sunday is MANDATORY training of your choice you may do a class at Spiece , run or bike on your own. You may choose the class you want to take. Rick will implement TEAM CHALLENGES (example stair climber, Jacob Ladder etc. etc.) You will be required to do on your own time. FWSW will provide Running Training Groups. MANDATORY you attend (2) of the (3) meeting times. Options- Wednesday 6:00 p.m. meet at Deer Ridge Elementary; Thursday 6:30 p.m. at the YMCA outdoor course Dupont Road & Saturday’s at 7:00 a.m.-North group meet at YMCA on Dupont and SW group meet at Deer Ridge on Scott road.
ATTENDANCE-If you miss more than complete week, which is described above you, will be removed from the program! This program is VERY INTENSE! We ONLY have 15 weeks thus we want you to get the most from this program. NO EXCUSES! REMEMBER you were selected from 100’s of applicants!
