Special Opportunity for public:
Smallest Winner Saturdays will be held on Saturday mornings 7:10-7:55 am, April 12-July 12, by FWSW Trainer, Cicely Ware (with the help of several Smallest Winner alumni!).
Sessions will mimic the actual FWSW training sessions and are FREE to Season 7 Applicants and to Spiece members (guests welcome for just $5). Spiece is also happy to provide you with a Two (2) week free trial membership if you are interested in checking out any of their other classes and services.
We will be offering a variety of opportunities for you to come out and run at various times and places. Each opportunity will have a trained runner overseeing the session.
Your Choices are:
Monday’s @ 6:45 p.m. @ YMCA DuPont course with Antoinette beginning April 28th
Wednesday @6:00 p.m. @ Deer Ridge Elementary with Mike Else 3Rivers Running Co. Beginning May 7
Saturday’s 8:30 a.m. @ Deer Ridge Elementary with Cicely Ware
