One of the many tools our teams use to help you reach your goals is "My Fitness Pal". This tool can be used to track everything you eat and the exercise you do everyday.
As Rick would say - he can line up every Fitness Pal Journal and see who will succeed. The better you are at documented everything, the better you will be at the program. Also, My Fitness Pal is designed to give you back calories when you log exercise - DO NOT CHANGE YOUR CALORIES - Ignore these "add-on" calories the system gives you back. Unfortunately we can't do anything about the design of the system, but if you follow our guidelines, you will be successful.
